Downloading Tips: |
Downloading
PDF files:
PDF files are read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this product click here Adobe Acrobat Reader for additional information or to download the reader (it's free).
Note: There are problems opening PDF files in the browser with some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer . We recommend you first download the file to your disk then open it with Adobe Acrobat (see recommendation for downloading below...).
Recommendation for Downloading:
The easiest way to download Word/Excel/Acrobat files is to click the link with the RIGHT mouse button instead of the LEFT. You will then see a Pop-Up menu with a selection to download the file ("Save Target As..." in Internet Explorer "Save Link As..." in Netscape). Select the location on your disk that you'd like to store the file and be sure to remember the path you're downloading to. After it's downloaded start your application (Word Excel or Acrobat) and then open the file from your disk.
Printing:
We don't recommend using your browser to print these Web pages. We recommend downloading the Word (DOC) Excel (XLS) or Acrobat (PDF) versions for printing. (Web pages don't have the formatting capabilities of the other file types.)
Some Web Pages are Under Construction:
Although the content of all web pages is accurate we are still in the process of fine-tuning the web page formatting. (Web pages don't have the formatting capabilities of the other file types.) The basic concept is to use Web Pages for viewing only; printing should be done from the Word Excel or Acrobat files.
