Liberty Students Go On

A Math Trail

•  Math is everywhere at Liberty Intermediate School.

•  A Math Trail is a walk around the school finding answers to questions about math, like a scavenger hunt with math.

•  Each class designed a Math Trail for a partner class. Students named the math trail. Students wrote the questions. Students found the answers.

•  Two fourth-grade and two fifth-grade classes followed the Math Trails each day for three days - March 30 th , March 31 st , and April 1 st .

Students agree that Math Trails are:

Fun!     Challenging!    Exciting!
